Questions / comments for tonight’s GFP

As always, we’re recording tonight. Plenty to talk on from the blowout win + the big Idaho game this upcoming weekend. Any questions or comments - hit us here!
 
If you played the latest College Football video game and created a player with your name and true height/weight numbers, what position would you make yourself play and what player ability rating would you give yourself?
 
After three games, would you change any of the predictions made for the season?

At what point will we know if the experiment to bring in 50 transfers and incorporating them into the culture works better or worse than purely recruiting HS kids and developing them? What are your thoughts on the results over the first three games?

James, my wife's favorite Grizzly is Monte (the bear, not the running back). Should girls be required to take a football proficiency course in middle school?

We're going to be in Belize sailing through the Cayes on a sailboat without internet during the next two games. Should I:
(a) spend $7600 paying for data so Im able to stream the games on my phone?
(b) wait till i can get back to shore to download the GFP to hear about the games?
(c) channel my inner Brint and jump in the ocean and swim to shore?
 
While I am not a fan of kicking teams when they are down, do you feel that Pease should have allowed Flowers and Jensen to get in more than 3 combined throws to get them game experience?
 
I'm guessing it was a result of the North Dakota comeback win but the whole teamed seemed more loose and also having fun compared to any time last year

I also saw more connectivity and togetherness amongst the players on the field and on the sideline, did any of you notice that?

Either way whatever This teams ends up doing this year I am going to enjoy cheering my ass off for them every game this year

Do any of you think you could beat Eli Gilman in a 40 yard dash? Eli has to wear roller blades on grass and y’all get a 20 yard head start.

How much do we read into this game, particularly the offensive production? Does this hold up in Big Sky play?

What Griz players (offensive and defensive) need to step up for them to maintain momentum and get the W against the spuds?

How much of a sheeeeeit do you guys give about Northen Colorado’s gutsy win against Houston Christian? I really want Mike’s analysis of the game 🤣

I’m leaving my wife at home with the newborn to go to the Idaho game on Saturday. What tasks can I do for her so that I’m not in the dog house when I arrive home late after the game?

With time, you can make that doghouse nice! Be you, do you. Let her be her and do her too.
 
On one of our extra points, we shifted into a set to go for two. iSU seemed to cover the formation, so the Griz shifted back into the kick formation. It appeared that the referees came into prevent the Griz from snapping the ball for two to three seconds and ultimately, the Griz couldn’t snap the ball before the delay of game.
Why would the referees stop us from snapping the ball after we shifted back to kick the extra point?

Odds are at some point you’ll be over served and inadvertently default to option C 🤓
 
Any word on Bohanan's injury?
Even though Running Rabbit was put in during the fourth quarter, due to his touchdown do you think his stock went up with the coaches to be the fourth rusher on the team?

Winning does wonders for all of that.
 
Continued missed tackles vs Idaho with their good backs and slippery QB, means what? It seems we are in the right position and been there for huge losses then that’s hurt us.

Agreed, but also thought that back #1 was slippery and good. Credit where credit is due for me. But indeed, need to get them on the ground when we're in position.
