UM: -6.5 (O/U 58.5)
Tarleton St: -8.5 (O/U 54.5)
UC Davis: -2.5 (O/U 59.5)
msu: -10.5 (O/U 51.5)

Where my money will go:

UM covers and over
Villanova covers and under
Davis covers and under
SFA covers and under

Because he thinks the game will be closer and that less points will be scored is my guess.
My question is what is his reasoning behind the game being closer and less points scored? I didn’t watch Cats vs Yale but for the rest of the season the Cats offense has been rolling. Why is it going to stop here against a Southland Conference team? This poster also has more info on Cats than me.

This. Cats play good defense. Cats offense struggled last week and I am betting on them struggling again this week. I acknowledge they have been rolling and one game doesn't constitute a trend, but I have a gut feeling they are going to struggle. That's why it's called betting and not winning I guess!

I don't bet but I'm forever wishin and hopin that the cats LOSE!!

Cats game was weird. If i had to bet the farm I would have said cats by 21 over Yale and felt very comfortable. I would have said cats by 28 over Mercyhurst too.
SFA has come to Montana a couple of times in the playoffs and struggled with the cold.
I would guess Cats by 21

What a difference one weekend makes. The tourney looks completely different now. Pretty amazing. No one except Fat Buffalo could have predicted this.
Before I lay any money on SFA, I would like to know:

Will the entire starting offense spend the night drinking for free at The Crystal?
Good point. I was at Red's that night. Talked to multiple SFA players. I loved it when the team got on the Red's stage at back and started chanting: "We're not that drunk. We're not that drunk." Later I learned that they often did that chant in drinking situations. It was 2 nights before they game.

I was told by multiple people, including Cats, that the Cats were fortunate to win the game. They said Yale was a good team.

MSU is probably a two score favorite. SFA fans were in windbreakers Saturday the grass was still kind of green.
Montana is also probably a two score favorite, but the Yotes playing football indoors (the most girlish thing midwestern teams do) could be a factor.

The wildcard is probably the wind, at least in Bozeman. The wind is blowing hard this week east of Bozeman Pass. If that stuff crosses the Bridgers, SFA's passing game isn't likely to be much.

Missoula is supposed to get a break from the rain Saturday, which would be great. If South Dakota is practicing outside Friday, they're going to get soaked.

From Vigens post game, sounded an awful lot like he was blaming the wind for their lack of offensive production last week.

I don't buy it. I think Yale figured out how to defend them. Lamson had nowhere to run, and they shut down the passing game. I also think Yale came in with stout offensive and defensive lines that matched msu's physicality. SFA has the QB and athletes to expose that defense. I also don't buy the whole Texans playing in the cold thing. Remember Coastal Carolina? If I recall, that game was around zero degrees. They did just fine.

I never thought of it until now, but if the Griz practice indoors on Friday, do we have to offer the bubble to the visitors for a couple of hours? If the Griz have heated benches they have to be offered to the visitors logic.

I think the Scat/SFA game comes down to which Scat team shows up...the one that played the perfect game against the Griz in Wa/Griz or the one that just about shit in their own litter box last weekend against Yale.

I don’t think it’s supposed to be especially cold either.

I don’t think we are required to give them the bubble just access to the field to practice. Teams are responsible for their own equipment. We provide benches but if they wanted heated ones need to bring their own. W&M asked to rent/borrow ours a few years back when they played in Bozeman.

Someone from eGriz should send SFA chicken noodle soup to keep them hydrated and warm. That seemed to work for Coastal Carolina when they visited Missoula in 2013 haha.
