QB with stongest arm?

Schwogger (sp? for the grammer police) had the strongest arm, I saw Marty M play and its not even close. As for Marty's poker skills.... keeps trying to fill that inside straight, but he doesn't have a hint of a tell.

"Strongest arm" Ever try to catch one of Marty's fastballs? The guy could break fingers and ribs.

think about the throwing mechanics between the two for a second. a good fastball requires not only a strong arm but relies on lower back and leg muscles plus a good drive off the rubber towards the plate. throwing a football from the knees is all arm.

Dude, I was talking about Marty throwing a football. Never saw him throw a baseball but his softball throws sizzled too.

and to think he's sitting in a jail cell right now while people down in Colorado are lined up on the streets waiting to get into shops to purchase it LEGALLY... Now thats eff'd up..

Not really. If he had stayed within the confines of the law as it was written, the feds would have let it be. The people in jail right now are the ones who either stretched the law or downright broke it. They are the ones responsible for the backlash from the feds and the re-writing of the law by the state that made it nearly impossible for those that did benefit from it to get it. The feds have given Colorado an outline to follow too. Trust me, if those shops get too greedy and do the same thing, then you will see the same type of response from the feds.

I disagree.... The Federal Gov't are the ones that are breaking the law.. The Feds have no rights to dictate State Laws.. The Feds are nothing more than an organization who polices states and says what and what they cannot do.. Every State should be for themselves. I think its a matter of time before the Feds through in the towel and say it was a loss cause and a waste of resources trying to police this, especially on how smooth everything went yesterday down in Colorado..

I expect that the bordering states around Colorado and Washington will follow through with legalization too because they will get tired of tying up all their resources from keeping it from coming into their state as well. Its just a matter of time.

Ever hear of Article 6, Clause 2, of the United States Constitution - commonly known as The Supremacy Clause, which provides that the United States Constitution, federal law and United States Treaties take absolute precedence over state laws. Pretty much means that if a state passes a law in violation of any of the above, that law is null and void. Can the feds choose to ignore pursuing the invalidation of such state laws? Probably, but if they choose to seek to invalidate such state laws, chances are very, very good they can do so. Oh, and the federal, not state courts consider and rule on cases where the feds seek to invalidate state laws they assert are in violation of the Constitution, federal law or treaties.
