PSU Shenanigans, Hoodlums and Hooligans

Been reading the posts about a possible suspension for Criswell and have to say I think it's highly unlikely. Neeley fired the ball in Criswell's face after the final horn. Criswell jumped up to go after Neeley, but Morrison got there first and punched Criswell. Neeley was given an ejection for unsportsmanlike conduct, which I don't believe carries an automatic suspension. It's the same thing Dlouy received at ISU. Morrison, however, was ejected for punching, which I do believe carries an automatic suspenion. The league will review the tape as it should, but I would doubt there will be any penalties against the Griz. I did not see Neeley and Coach K after the game as I was watching the fight right in front of me, so can't speak to that.

So, let me get this straight. Scott Morrison punched someone? I was at the game but couldn't see what was going on. You telling me that Scott actually punched someone is like someone saying that they saw Santa Claus kiss my Mom... Not saying that it didn't happen, but I'd be real suprised....

Meseroll is the Sports Editor for The Missoulian and likely had a pretty good view of it from his vantage point at the game, not to mention access to everyone involved afterward. I am betting his take is right on the money.

I just hope that a couple of role players from a basement dweller don't cost a senior leader of the BSC's marquee team his final home game. That's also got to be considered.

Assuming that is your normal condition. I think you might spend your time worrying about injuries in Pocatello if you want to be competitive in the Big SKY tournament.

Well then you may want to have a talk with your mom. Why is it that you were the only one at the game that didn't see anything? Every other witness saw a punch thrown. It sure seems like you have soom bad feelings towards Kevin. That or you were under the influence of some substance. :dope: :beer2:

I'm not sure how you take my comments as having bad feelings towards Criswell. Please elaborate.

So it turns out that Morrison did throw a punch. That's about the last guy I'd expect to throw a punch before, after, or during a game. It's too bad that it happened. Oh, and the reason that I couldn't see exactly what was going on is that it was on the other side of the court from where our seats are. It was right in front of press row to be exact. To say that 'every other witness' saw what happened is incorrect. Pretty much everyone on the other side of the court where we were located would have trouble seeing what was going on since so many people were on the floor at that point...

Didn't surprise me Sawyer Smith getting ejected from the game. You all remember his antics at the football game when a griz offered him and hand picking his sorry arse off the turf of Washington-Griz stadium.
