PSU beats Gonzaga

At Gonzaga. Rough road trip for PSU. In this road weather.

Gonzaga lost to Arizona and Uconn or PSU would gain some ratings ground.

In case you do not know Gonzaga Guard is 5'5". I can not spell Domingesssss

The first time I saw him in Missoula I assumed it was one of the coaches kids shooting around with the team. He does not appear adult like.

He did make 7 three pt shots vs Gonzaga and scored 25.

Game over for the rest of the Conference.

wow
I watched the game on tv
psu was a 21 point underdog ,the Zags had only two other losses ever in the building.
I was at the Zag/uconn game obviously the Zags had a little let down after losing in OT but
you have to give PSU credit..WHAT AN UPSET !

How about this..
Griz rally at the end of the year..win the tourney and then PSU gets an at large bid

You never know ! :o

BSC or PSU will not get an atl arge bid unless 1. Moses returns to part the Red Sea or 2. PSU beats like another 4-5 top 25 teams. SO, yes we do know. I watched Doming in H.S. at S. Salem he was good for his size. He has great work ethic and is a tough competitor. He had a hot night and well the way Pargo (point shaving anyone?) has been playing lately its a good thing GU will be starting conference play soon.

Trying to figure out whether to be pleased or alarmed by this made my head hurt.

Be pleased:
-This really will help the conferences RPI and help with seeding @ the NCAA tourney
- It really makes the 27 point loss PSU put on the Griz look a little better.
- Hopefully it will make the Gonzaga folk take a humility pill .... well for a day or two.

Head Hurts:
- It really looks like we will be holding the Big Sky tourney in a high school gym!

That's pretty much how I saw it. Pro: gives Lou something to think about and, eventually, to explain away. Con: conference play now looks like a fight for second place.

More than likely, the Big Sky tournament will be in the Rose Garden again this year, just as it was last season. The conference will not allow Portland State to host it at the Stott Center.

Either the Memorial Coliseum or the Rose Garden would be used. Whatever venue is open for those dates.

Maybe if we draw the PSU guys into extended discussion about where in the Portland the tournament would be held, we can jinx it for them . . . :|

I said 'would,' not 'will.' ;-)
