PSU athletes hate the Griz (envy)

Once again Folks, Believe it or not? You are skirting around the issues. The proof is in the puddin'. They have a sport for you guys that skirt around the issues....It's called square dancing!

We have been waiting for you to enlighten us with some facts, not your gobbledeygook.

We have never denied that we are physical, but there is a difference between physical play and dirty play. I garuntee that if you ask people around the league, they will tell you that ISU has had a history of being dirty. NOT UM

What proof? Where's the proof? Some columnist in Seattle who didn't see any of those games? Sorry, kid, but that doesn't quite hold up. Not to mention that none of these incidents involved gunfire or football players stalking their basketball counterparts with the intent to do something quite nasty (personally, I doubt that they wanted to chat about their differences). So sit back in front of your monitor after you read this, and consider that: the on-court personality is often a heightened version of yourself off the court. Criswell buckles down and studies hard, works his ass off to get that GPA of his. On the court, he works even harder, diving for loose balls, taking it hard to the basket, being a leader for the team. Off the court, certain Bengal players (notice I didn't say ALL the Bengals players, so stow that retort) are involved in incidents that result in people being threatened and things being shot at. On the court, cheap shots, rushing benches... well, it's called thuggery. Oh, and GB1. I was trying to think what the best word to describe Bungal00's BS as. Gobbledeygook is the perfect word.

I'm not sure that there is proper spelling for it. You might have just set the bar. Call Oxford. Or Windsor. You should get a nickel every time someone spells it like that.

I asked one of my bobcat friends if I could borrow his dictionary to look up the meaning and he didn't know what I was referring too... :thumb:

So from what I hear, Montana fans are perfect angels in the stands. I've also heard that Montana never causes trouble in game situations (ISU altercation), (Sac St. scoring). Our "crown jewels of the Big Sky" are immaculate souls!

When you play physical, expect some physical play back. And if you want an example of a classy coach, look no further than Viking Head Coach Ken Bone. He doesn't drop F-bombs or try to intimidate referees like Coach Larry, nor does he throw clipboards. We were rid of that with our last head coach's departure.

Sounds like a fantastic fella. Lets hope he can recruit not to punch or get ejected.

Please clarify. I hope, deep down, that you're not comparing Kevin diving for a loose ball to Morrison throwing a punch at him, and calling both physical plays. I really hope that's not what you're doing. Because if you were, well, I'd just write you off as being strange, you know, a little off, as it were. Please don't make me do that. I already did it today with Bengal00, and two in one day, well, that's just unfair.

I have no issue with you making sarcastic remarks about our fans. I mean, just look at how many were thrown out this year. Staggering numbers, really, compared to the, what was it, two of your football players forced to leave by the refs? What were they doing again, I can't remember what the article said. Wasn't it making objectionable comments? Kind of reminds me of last year when your vaunted football players put on a real show and embarassed PSU officials told them to shut up or get out, and then apologized to Grizzly officials. Yeah, your athletic department really has things knitted up nice and tight, with a great image for all those impressionable kids. Really. I mean it. Sorry if it sounded sarcastic.

It's funny because I have yet to read anywhere that says there was a Grizzly player throwing punches... :werd:

Even the Seattle paper story makes it sound like the PSU kid was a goon...
