PSA -- Don't buy your Griz Gear at the M Store or Scheels

Uptop gear is the best, and the anderson bros have it rolling. We have some great local merch.. MT Roots is great too.
I love Uptop and will never set foot in a Bob Ward & Son’s ever again. They got rid of local merch from Uptop and it is now owned by a private equity firm. Not sure if they are even open any longer in some towns.

Bob Wards went severely down hill starting several years. Always mediocre gear, and service left a lot to be desired. At least scheels carries a ton of local gear. Strong uptop presence in scheels.

Everyone seems to have forgotten Universal Athletics. They have been around Missoula for almost 50 years. Disclaimer: I believe they were bought out by a Florida company about 10 years ago...

Still owned same people. Started by Larry Aasheim and Dick Harte. They sold the team sport business into a bigger group a few years ago. I know Larry and Dick. Talked to Larry at Easter Brunch at Riverside Country Club a few months ago. I think they have main fitness center in Bozeman now too.

Please tell us more about the Fanatics radical agenda.
There is absolutely nothing radical about Fanatics. A globalist sportswear monopoly with offices in the Bay Area to tap into the Silicon Valley tech talent pool. During the “pandemic” the company even stopped producing MLB uniforms to produce “masks”.

Fanatics’ philanthropic arm helps fund the World Central Kitchen and other socialist efforts to “feed” the “poor”.

Fanatics’ parent company, GSI (Global Sports Incorporated), has purchased an on-line betting platform to enhance the global sport fans’ experience.

I believe we can all agree that there is nothing radical about Fanatics.
