Protect McCdowell

thirdandlong is an idiot when it comes to football analysis.

He said that ST won't make the difference but anyone that has watched Hauck coached teams knows that Bobby understands how important this aspect of the game is. It helped us immensely in 2021 when we beat the kittens. It was essential against Furman. Even when we don't score on KR's and PR's a good run back can really help with field position. As does a good job of covering on kicks which we do as well as any team we've played against this year.

Field position matters in close games but I'm guessing that thirdandlong doesn't think this game will be close unless he is able to call the plays.

He absolutely wants us to lose this weekend because he's not a fan of the Griz, he just wants all his personal grievances validated.

Make no mistake, if we don't beat NDSU this weekend, he'll be on here posting incessantly about how our coaches suck and we'll never win it all, just like he's done since the early 2000's. The fact that he's posting at all just shows he's more confident that we're going to lose.

He's an attention-seeking loser who doesn't want us to actually win.

Hilarious! I've forgotten more about football than either of you two clowns ever knew. I want us to win, but I also am realistic about our weaknesses against a NDSU defense which is better than Furman, now that they have three key injured players back. If you watched them destroy the South Dakota offense last week, you'll understand why I don't think our offense can excel against them. If we win, it will be because our defense plays out their asses. And then there's the specter of Big Game Bobby from past playoffs, lurking.

This will be the best offense and defense the griz have faced all year.

Objective? Have you ever said anything positive about anything Griz related? I can't recall once. How is that even possible for a such a huge fan? You won't be a man and accept you've been wrong all year and continually make a complete ass of yourself. You're randomly on here hyping up the Cats who aren't even in the playoffs.

You refuse to give Hauck, or anyone props for anything they do. You wait for any negative thing to jump on, a true fly to poop. You're a know-it-all who understands football at a very basic level, but berate people for not sharing in your constant whining and bashing. Positivity sickens you. You have said hundreds of times how our coaches are awful, we can't recruit, blah, blah, blah, but now that we're 12-1 you're apparently indifferent. Convenient.

You have no idea what my history with Montana athletics is. I actually support these folks, I am friends with coaches, families of players, etc. I don't hang out on the internet bashing them. The way you talk about the people who make up Griz athletics and your infatuation with Bobby is disturbing, but that is another story. We're 12-1, still playing. You've gone radio silent for all these great wins, but now, for some reason, you're back...

Please! I have been positive about many Griz teams, and many individual players. Pay attention, and shelve your "I Hate Third" psychosis

Show us. I've asked before. Go back and show everyone a time when you were praising and supporting the teams and players on here.

You have an obsession with just hating these teams, and you cannot even now bring yourself to admit that you were wrong. We won the conference. We beat the Cats. We have beaten multiple teams ranked in the top 5. We are in the semi-finals. This should be everything every Griz fan roots for at this point in the season, and you are sitting there just hoping we fail so that you can make another happy post like you did after the NAU game.

I've tried hard not to feed trolls, but just GFY

Cats were better. Their kicker crapped the bed on them or they’d have won that game. They also missed opportunities. The offense and defense for the cats was better though, hands down. Statistically they dominated NDSU. The Furman defense is also better then both the cats or NDSU, both by the eye test and statistically
