KVA tweaked hamstring in 40. The hamstring issue for Henderson explains why I didn't think he was as fast in routes as I had expected. I happened to get a call from Pflu as Pro Day concluded. He asked about a number of the guys including Henderson and Holmes.

Say what you will but these guys (they may be the last group of talent we see like this in a while) were recruited by Pflu & staff. The "dudes" that we had were delivered by Pflu...I still feel he got the tattered end of the stick!

I didn't believe there was 22 there either, but just as I was thinking about questioning it Jerry Jones and Robert Kraft invited me to lunch to talk about why I turned down the offer to coach the Miami Hurricanes Football team. I let them know it was just bad timing because the 49er job had opened up and I thought long and hard about that opportunity. Oh well, I am having dinner with Phil Jackson and I don't want to name drop but I think me and Melo will hit it off tremendously.

I counted scouts from 21 NFL teams in attendance at #GrizProDay, 22 in all. Perhaps busiest UM pro day ever!

Nothing intended to be subtle about it. I am good friends with Pflu, talk and text frequently, know Amanda thru him (ha), and wanted people to know that Pflu still cares about his guys. Pflu is trying to get one of my sons introduced to some coaches in AZ this week.

This can't be true about Holmes. Our resident expert talent evaluator, rimrock, called his performance in the Shrine game mediocre. He also graded Cowser equal to Holmes & stated he'd be surprised if Tyrone got drafted. So these pro day numbers must be nonsense, pure poppycock.

Rimrockgriz was probably responding more to your post which was hyping TH and kinda bashing Crowser. You were upset that TH didn't get an NFL Combine invite and Crowser did. Should TH have gotten an invite? Probably. But why bash a great FCS player like Crowser in the process? Like TH, Crowser had and excellent college career and he was a top student. He has the record for FCS Sacks and TFLs. He'll get a shot at the NFL and so will TH. You should root for them both. Both players were great FCS players....
