To be fair some of those candidates used a trip to MT as a bargaining chip to stay with current programs and get a raise. And it worked. Do you want Haslam to put them in headlock and make them coach here? I don’t think they have done a great job with the soccer coach process but it’s not all on them.

BH will take a special teams coaching position somewhere and have little stress dealing with NIL and agents and make bank. the man can coach and after a bit of down time will be back coaching.

This. A few years ago someone close to Bobby told me that Bobby said the only job he'd take after Montana would be something in the NFL. Watch Bobby go to the NFL and become a Special Teams coach.
