At the end of the game, No. Iowa appeared to be a better team than UM. UNI stopped UM in the 2nd half and scored at will. Griz could not even stop 2 UNI point conversions.

Griz are fortunate that it took UNI a half before they got untracked. Good coaching helped UM win a game where they were not the best team.

The Griz were clearly the better team yesterday. Totally outplayed and shut down NI in first half. NI had 47 yards. Averaged 2.6 yards rushing for game. NI was lucky to have recovered all 4 of its official fumbles, and have 2 more with the runner declared down. NI had one pick, but there were a couple more that almost were picked. NI got the benefit of a crucial bad spot on a big 4th down play and the benefit of some questionable PI calls.

UM should have generated more offense and played better D in the second half, but the game was never in doubt in the second half.

I don't know if you didn't see the game, or never played the game, or don't understand the game, or are just trolling. But you are dead wrong in your comment.

Even a bumble brain like you should recognize that first and second halfs were very different. At the end of the game UNI was the better team (IMO). UM could not stop UNI at the end, and could not move the ball on UNI. I'm glad UM got that last first down that enabled them to run the clock out. If they had not done that, UM woud have been in trouble.

Poor coaching for UNI (especially using all their timeouts), and good coaching for UM, kept UNI from eaking out a win at the end.

I have a right to offer my opinion on the game, and could care less that an arrogant douchebag like you disagrees with my comment. You are a dickhead. :!:

God, I couldn't have said it better!

You have the right to offer your opinion, and I have an equal right to disagree with your opinion. See how that works. You have been saying dumb stuff on the message board for a long time.

The subject was not who was the better team at the end of the game. The subject was who was the better team. You say NI. I say UM. I believe that most people who watched the game would agree with me. In fact, you are the only person I've seen who thought NI was the better team yesterday.

And, for the record, UM seemed to be the better team at the end as UM was moving the ball on NI. Sneed hit 3 passes in a row.

Sorry your feelings get hurt so easily. You come on like a tough guy, and then start crying when someone doesn't agree with you.

Dumb stuff. Dumb stuff. Your favorite mantra, with the definition being anything you don't agree with.

I’m just so f***[*] glad we’re arguing about wins again.

In actuality, I believe an Army Ranger is disagreeing with a lawyer as to verbiage--dumb, stupid, etc. Person to person, I believe I know which one I'd bet on were they to have a face to face "discussion." And it's not the condescending, belligerent one.

I actually have my own Army Ranger, not a Griz Ranger. I see that you have brought nothing to the discussion again.

The fact UNI put in their back up quarterback but our defense behind the eight ball in the second half. I think if they left their original qb in the game then the defense would’ve played at the level they played the first half at. Also we need to remember our best defensive player didn’t play much. We beat the 13th ranked team with a new head coach and a young team. The blessing in disguise is we learned a lot of lessons because of that second half and still got the W.

Well said.

Well said #2.

Oh, why the hell not...well said #3!

Love our D. The youth showed a bit in the 2nd half but the scheme is so refreshing. I think I counted like 5 corner blitzes. Calhoun is for real
