Portland Weather

Looks like the weather pattern may turn for the better for the game, cloud formations west of Portland area are looking partly cloudy later today. Wind might still be a factor.

Local forecast has rain, heavy at times with local flooding, plus 35 mph winds. The rain to the north will move south by game time.

Even with the weather, it shouldn't hurt the performance. The field is a professional soccer field, designed to drain the water away from the surface in a hurry. Footing shouldn't be an issue. Also the field is down in, surrounded by the grandstand and the MAC club so wind usually is not a problem either.

Good luck to you guys. This should be a good game.

The national weather service is projecting hurricane Grizzola to hit Portland at about 3:30 today.
