Sweet. I love going to games at Portland State.

Best away game by far.
You must not have been to San Luis Obispo for a game yet.

The stadium is nothing great, but the town, bars/restaurants, beaches, wine-tasting in Paso Robles, people, and weather are terrific. And the level of competition is terrific. This is my favorite away venue in the conference.

What's not to like? It's football. Without a track. Nice stadium (especially by BSC standards) in an unbelievable location....

Other than occasional lighting problems, John Stamos Stadium is a very nice stadium.

Hey dickwad, have some respect. Contrary to what you may have read, that whole "couldn't pay the electricity bill" thing was not Mr. Stamos having financial difficulties. It was purely a cash-flow thing, and Mr. Stamos assures us he has that figured out and should be able to afford to keep the lights on all game, barring a possible overtime.

Mr. Stamos -- or simply "Mose" to his friends -- is particularly proud of the multi-colored lines on the playing surface. It would be appreciated if you could say something nice about those.

I have not. I would love to though. SLO looks amazing.

SLO is amazing.
The stadium is cool as hell.
Slostang is a superb host.

My second favorite place after Wa/Griz. :thumb:

Looking forward to your next visit.

Oh great, ANOTHER Stamos apologist! I think we all know the reason the "Mose" continues to have "financial issues."

STILL better than any BSC stadium not named Wa/Griz or Sewage Pond.

UC Davis has the second best stadium, and they don't even give a damn.

If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?

No matter how nice they make that stadium, it'll still be 95% empty when PSU plays in it.

And that's the sad truth. We went to Portland two years ago for the Griz game (and going again this fall), and it was sad to see such low fan support.

I was there with a friend sitting in a downpour.

The Grizzlies (run game) couldn't get untracked.

I never thought Mose could've pulled like that.

Sorry, Mose. Great investment.
