All I'm saying is that people on here get mad all the time about the transfer portal and how it's a complete and total free for all, and these are the same people that wanna blame the NCAA for this like it's their fault. It's not their fault. Anytime they try to set guidelines for the portal, they get overturned. Therefore, people shouldn't be mad at the NCAA.

The ncaa didn't even attempt to make rules applicable to NIL, even when cases were lost, legislation was coming, and it was clear NIL was coming.

I meant rule regarding the portal. They haven't even attempted to touch NIL as they keep claiming they need help from Congress

The ncaa created the Portal. They then tried to make a one-time transfer rule. Courts pushed back on that in December.

How do you think the ncaa should make rules relating to the Portal? Or what rules?
