Poor GoGriz All Access Video Option

Two games into season both on GoGriz. Very poor quality audio in both games and video in and out in both games. In today's game I couldn't view 2 scores as video was down. Today, I couldn't understand what Mick was saying the entire game.

To me as an alum and living outside Montana the Griz athletic department should be looking at getting another vendor who can showcase Montana better to others outside the state.

I liked the outcome of the game. It would have been great if I could see and hear a better feed for the game.

Go Griz

Count yourself fortunate for not listening to Mick. You came out ahead in that regard. As for the rest, you are absolutely right. It’s 2018 for crying out loud.

Yes. This is an area the athletic department needs to improve IMMEDIATELY. Unacceptable, particularly for a pay-per-view set up.

Agreed. If it was free I wouldn't complain, but it's hard to believe they charge money for this very poor product.

Taking advantage of customers who have few, or no other choices. There's a word for that.

Out in the "real world," "heads would roll" ... but I suppose nothing will happen, or get done.

It’s been unacceptable for at least 10years now.

The nau ewu game on Pluto tv will only run the same 20 second clipover and over. But the sound and image quality is fantastic

yes, people in some way shape or form were able to do better as far back as the late 90's, for free.

So does ESPN not want to do business with the Big Suck or do we just refuse to put out a quality product because we don’t appreciate our fan base? It’s either one or the other.

Having watched the first two games on the GoGriz feed I can say; it's pedestrian, it's not loud and it left me cold. Not the best in space (though the signal is often lost there) and it can't kick (though I would like to do that to the curb). My daughter's dance recitals have better live feed than that of some mom's cell phone.

Ditto on the comments on GoGriz AllAccess (lack of) quality. Settled for syncing the KGVO audio stream with the GoGriz video... only thing available in NoCal. Fortunately the only 2 games to suffer through GoGriz feed so have followed through on my plan to cancel. Here's hoping Pluto works well this year. Still looking for options for the ROOT broadcasts that I used to see on Audience (ATT UVerse).
