And please spare the "It takes people like me to stand up for what's right" act... it's people like you that defended OJ Simpson and allowed him to walk free after brutally murdering two people, and everyone knows that's what happened.
Everyone is entitled to the best legal representation they can afford. You hate the Constitution? Innocent people have been murdered by the state. Get a clue...the supposition of innocent until proven guilty is the bedrock of our nation. So many people, especially in the Red states, seem to over look that.

Seems like it is the Blue State Liberals that have labeled JJ as guilty before he has been to trial.

And blue states let pedophiles and murders out so they can repeat their crimes over and over again.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you who are deeply offended are on prescription drugs? How many of you are trying to get off those drugs? How many of you know how much you cost in medical expenses because you are too lazy to make lifestyle changes?

I realize my questions do not make what Trevor did right, for he was wrong and is paying the price.

Just make sure your house is in order before you criticize...and waste thousands of dollars being a lazy azzhole.

By the way, look up the original usage of MDMA before you get on the high horse about it being a terrible drug.

And yes, I do know this is a red herring.

Cocaine used to be used in Coca-Cola...I'm sure it's not bad for you either.

Agreed, but in the case of MDMA, there is a reason it is used at raves. It is because people tend to open up and care about others. If they didn't, do you really think raves would still be around?

Actually, that would be quite funny. Taking a drug that pissed you off amongst a whole group of others who took the drug. :lol:

Those are some heady generalizations there guy. Especially considering: http://www.trutv.com/library/crime/notorious_murders/famous/simpson/home_15.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And about that Consitution thing; was that the U.S. Consititution you're referring to? Interesting. That's Federal, right? What was that gubernatorial recall on Gray Davis again?..wasn't it reported that at the time Governor of California, not the U.S. Government, Gray Davis wanted to change the State of California requirement of a jury decision from unanimous to majority of jury members?..this half way through the O.J. Simpson trial?
I agree with some of your propositions, with reservations:.."Everyone is entitled to the best "legal" representation "they can afford." Yeah, right; of what they can afford. Interesting. Buy your Justice sort of deal. Seems to happen quite a bit these days; like the past couple hundred. And, of course, the supposition of innocent till proven guilty. Fully agree there. Plus the fact that no law is retroactive as well. A complete contrast to the Clarendon Laws that went back as far as Henry II of England.

Do you have a point? The recall of Davis was more orchestrated by the talk radio crown in Ca. and due mainly to the ambitions of The Terminator, and the increased auto reg. fees. I cannot remember nor can anyone I asked the efforts of Davis regarding juries....This is Calif. no one gives a damn about that crap! But, we do believe in the US Constitution which allows innocent until proven guilty....people have died for that. I would think red states would honor that above all, since they are never wrong, except when they are.And, yes, shocking as it is, the rich actually have the money to pay the top legal people, most of whom seem to come from Calif schools or the Ivy League. Again, why does wealth upset right wingers when it is the other side that seems to have it and use it...

Huh, I thought I was asking questions, there; about four of them, to be exact. Hence, I didn't have to establish a point to begin with. Just a subtle use of the dialectic, one might say. Interesting what such a method portrays. So s-o-r-r-y for offending you there. I'm not a resident of California; haven't lived there since 1978. Just wondering how things were going. As I said, I agree with some of your observations, but they still reminded me of a 'dodging the issue" sort of deal, hence, the "heady generalizations" noted; utlized to do so even though a perusal of an objective and otherwise informed by latest technology would scamper the minddoogling brainwashing confabulaton emendating from your keyboard. Try and avoid reality and place the blame on all others a little more thoroughly there next time. And don't forget; it don't mean nothing unless you can prove you ain't prejudicial, no matter how much or whom you hurt, or even how much it hurts yourself. Even a min-Hitler can end up blowing his brains out.
