If we beat Eastern and win the conference we deserve a 2 or 3, depending on how everything else goes down maybe even a 1. I'm going to be mad if NDSU is ranked ahead of us if they don't win their conference. I don't care what the schedule looks like you should have to win your conference to get a top ranking.

Winning any conference has no bearing on playoffs other than who gets automatic bids and who doesn't. Seeding and at-large bids are based largely off of overall record and the resume that each team has coming into the playoffs. Right now, nobody can match NDSU's resume IMO.

Not a huge deal, but the Griz SOS just got a little better. St. Francis (PA) just won over Duquesne to go 5-3 and into the "lead" in the NEC (3-0 vs 2-0 Wagner). Not that the NEC is a powerhouse conference :lol: :lol: :lol: ... but still ...

Oh, and Bryant is sitting at 2-4 overall and 1-1 in conference.

I think the committee focuses more on who you beat rather than who beat you, and they should. NDSU is deserving of a top seed right now, they have wins over 2 top 10 FCS teams and a 5-2 Big 10 team. There isn't a team in the FCS that has that kind of resume right now.

It sucks, but you're right! They do have a tough Western Illinois this week. And we have NAU and EWU! Who the f&ck knows?!! That's why they play the games!
