Interesting article from ESPN OTL. one of the most interesting things I took is how much representation factors in to athletes coming away without charges filed. At Michigan state, they provide free legal council to all students and the rate was actually slightly higher of students coming away without charges filed than student athletes, though slightly. If I was an FSU fan I would be embarrassed at the actions of the athletes, fans, and athletic dept.
