The 6 years I spent in Missoula as a student have shaped me to who I am today. I love the community, I love the University, I love the Grizzlies. That will never ever change regardless of anything. I honestly look at this similar to how I looked at my divorce last year. It hurt like hell, but there was so much poison in the relationship that it had to be ended. I am a year out from that and I am a better man, a better dad, and a hell of a lot happier. I don't blame Pflugrad or O'Day for all of what happened, but I think it was time for a divorce. It's gonna hurt for awhile, but the University and the Grizzlies will be better down the road. Good luck current Griz players. Do things the right way and we will always be there with you.

Very well put.

First post. I am a proud parent of a player and will continue to support my son's decision to play for such a quality University and a program so rich in history. The program in Missoula will continue to be strong and my son is proud to be part of it regardless of what happened today. Tomorrow the team will regroup, players will play, coaches will coach. What plays out will be positive and when I am on campus to watch the Griz perform, I know they will play their hearts out for the University and the community that supports them so passionately. There are so many great players on the team. It is great to be a Griz family and it is still great to be so pumped for football season in Missoula. I love to make the trip, what a great place to enjoy the greatest game on the face of the earth. I vowed to never post on this site, but there is always a time to tell it like it is. Go Griz!
