Philips Rivers is a putz

Did you see Rivers jawing with the fans toward the end of the game in Indianappolis? This combined with his taunting of Cutler at the Bronco game really makes me dislike him. He is a Ryan leaf except he can actually play in San Diego.

Yep. He certainly didn't win the game for them. My wife is a HUGE Chargers fan, and she can't even stand him.

You mention this like it's news. Rivers has been on my [bleep] list since the came in as a bloody holdout; his running smack doesn't help matters any, I'll grant you.

The difference between Rivers and Leaf, however, is that Rivers has never (to the best of my knowledge, anyway) run his mouth toward his teammates nor his coaches. Leaf went off on team staff, and that was the beginning of the end.

Man, I wish Sac had actually TRIED to recruit Billy Volek....

I can agree with the acting professional argument. However, the colts fans sounded like the real douche bags, booing the 14 year old girl just b/c she was wearing the pats jersey! In my mind that is worse than what rivers did to the "grown up" fans behind their bench.
