52 Grizzlies saw the field including Tyson Rostad for what I believe is his first live action for the Griz! Not sure if Lamar Campbell has been on the field earlier this year but he got a few snaps on Sac State's last drive.

Dressed but didn't play; Williams, Vidlak, Ah Yat, Longin, Brown, Whitehead, Huot, Alford, McGurran, Dantic, Croy, Evans, Boyer (for the first time, as a back up for N.Ramos because of Glasgow being unavailabe), Walton, Henricksen, Barney, Dries, Lincoln, Ray, Freitas, B. Lang, Finch, Klumph, Weida, Prendergast, J.Ramos, McPherson, Smith

Not very good shots of the Red Shirts, and they were busy interviewing Coach Hauck and Nick Ostmo at the end so no shots of the fight song, which is usually a good chance to spot Redshirts and other players. I know the Black uni's are popular with some, but they make it hella hard to read the numbers.

GO GRIZ!

Curious to know if Jelani Warren has played at all this year and who is WR #20? Has been in 2 pictures with the WRs group

Warren has been on the punt coverage team most of this season, and he was playing corner on the last drive of the Sac State game.
I don't know who #20 might be.

Why is Jareb Ramos not playing? Are they trying to preserve a RS? Seems like that big body could be VERY useful in spelling Gubner.

There is no #20 listed on the roster.

It's not to preserve a RS he used that up last year.

Well then they must see a dramatic drop in talent between Gub/Detrick and Ramos because he almost NEVER is in the game.

There are reasons he’s not playing. Hauck wouldn’t sit him if there weren’t, not missing two or three guys he was counting on.

I know. It’s weird…

I would like to know how many minutes Gub plays as % of the total minutes defense is on the field. Seems I only see him
when the defense is playing.

A player keeps popping up in pictures with the wide receivers, wearing a #20 jersey. He is in street clothes, not suiting up for the games. That is why people are wondering.

68 is correct, since early in fall ball there has not been a #20 on the roster. (wink wink)

Thanks a lot, now I will be googling obsessively for an early season roster.

Didn't #20 beat it out of here?

Here’s your picture. And yes, in the black unis so someone had already been chased by the time this guy appears.

Call me crazy but is this a known commit, someone stashed and not on the roster or a figment of my imagination.

literally and figuratively.

Totally, but this is not that kid. This is a totally different kid who is wearing #20 around. Did we have a walk on that was good enough to keep, and we are stashing him? I don't even know what the value would be in that, but I don't pretend I'm super well educated on those kinds of things.

Asher Croy, in this offense, should be a fullback. That kid is a wrecking machine. If the Griz use the T formation again, as they did on goal line against N. Colorado, Kroy should be given the chance. He's a natural.

Croy's situation is interesting to me; he was scout team defensive player of the year last season so I thought we might see him on the special teams at least this season. I know he is only a RS SOPH (but one of those Covid 4th year guys). You'd think 6'0, 225, track sprinter in HS and a wrestler to boot would be able to contribute on Saturdays.
