Our coaching is pathetic

And damn I'm still embarrassed. Our zone defense exposes LBs covering wideouts constantly and our man coverage is pathetic. I will say Dennard is getting much better. We could have a hidden gem there. Oh and great move burning Counts redshirt. Did he play today? And played only garbage time last week. Slick move Mick.

From the stands, you could tell where the SUU QB was going to throw the ball, by how far we where playing off the receivers. Our group in the stands had it right 90% of the time. To bad our DC can't read an offense.

I heard bad things about Rosenbach years ago. I am pretty sure Paul Wolff ran him away from eastern washington and Bill Doba fired him at WSU.

Starting to feel like I've been put in a time machine and transported back to the early 80's and the Larry Donovan era (just with a much nicer stadium).

Nothing wrong with Larry Donovan, he was a very classy person.

You are correct. Wrong guy at the wrong time

Sorry, but I feel wrong coordinators at the wrong time. Gregorak has proven himself to be too stupid to learn to adapt and Rosenbach has proven he hasn't got what it takes to coach a team through the problems.

Both are RETARDS.

You can blame the coordinators but Delaney is a fat lazy old man. We need a real head coach.

You can be as critical as you want and I'm not happy about the coaching either but you don't have to get personal against the guy. Try to stay at least a little bit classy ok?

You have to give Donovan some credit. Over drinks with Dennis Washington, he was complaining about not being able to recruit to MT due to our stadium and that was the begining of Wash Griz. Just as you hinted above, if you ever attended a again at the old Dormblazer, you would undestand and not blame Donovan.

No kidding, Mick didn't have to take this gig. It was nice that we had him available, he was our best option and still is. If he thinks he is over his head I am sure he will step down at the end of the season.

Excellent Point. I will personally back off on what I say. I just do not feel he has the fire in him to coach a high profile college team.

The punt formation call is in my top five dumbest calls ever. The ST coordinator should be fired immediately. When they lined up I thought, "certainly they won't use that formation in this situation." It had to be done without thought.

How about our short yardage calls. We ran wide at least five times that I remember, when we needed a yard. Nyugen is a good back but not as a short yardage runner. He jukes side to side, makes people miss in the open and gains good yardage, but in tight situations he is too slight to make a yard by falling forward. Not using Kirchner and now Counts is not smart. We should have a short yardage package.

Pathetic is a very accurate assessment of our play calling.

I am pissed and have had a few drinks so my spelling and grammer are gone for tonight, but yes DormblaSer. Corner of Higgins and South. Cold mother in the winter. Wind would blow right up your hiney.
By the way, "Go Griz"

Bad dumb and lazy. We have a situation that requires a coach like Alpha and Growler. The "no fault system."

Drunk as I may be, this has to go down as the worst coaching we have watched in 25 years. I will wake up tomorrow with the same thought. That is the Engrstrom, Florio, Missoulian and Pat Williams stamp on the program. I will die a Griz fan but .......this is bad. Head coach seems to coach like in high school.....Like all losing teams say.......... "Next Year."

I know where it is.

Hint: There is no "m" in Dornblaser!

what was dumber: kicking off twice last week or the punt formation this week?

i'm leaning toward this week. Last week there was at least some plausible, albeit incredibly assinine, strategy behind the decision (the "wind"). This week the strategy was to set up a punt return by peter f'n ngyuen.

Not expecting at least the chance of a fake punt in that situation was very stupid. It was even dumber than the two kickoffs last week.

Maybe classy but I remember more time in the tailgates than the stadium because the teams were SO BAD.
