Lets enjoy the cat win, concentrate on the 2nd round and then be concerned about ndsu. But one things come to mind....we weren't supposed to go into a jmu game lead by landers and win either. Time will tell but at least we get to talk football for another few weeks and not the "what happened" conversation.
Go Griz!!

Good point on the JMU game. Nearly the same with App St., though it was in our house. Armanti and Co. were supposed to take care of business in Wa-Griz.

I'm stoked we got a shot at NDSU. I bet that these guys will be pumped up to play the Bison as well if we win our second-round game! If we can play 60-minutes of football, we can definitely beat them.
Agreed...while it is a tough, tough matchup, I'll bet the players will be licking their chops about the opportunity. Their streak is going to end sometime, to some team...

Who do the Bobcats play? I'm sure Ash will have them ready....

The only thing they're going to be playing is COD: GHOSTS after Thanksgiving dinner.

If we get to Fargo it's going to be an incredibly tough game, but we'd definitely have a shot to squeak one out. I'm thinking this will create an awesome rivalry if we end up facing them three years in a row.

NDSU in the quarterfinals = blowout. Fargodome should be fun to play in at least.
Shouldn't you be at the fieldhouse cheering for the Cats as they turn in their equipment?

Easy fellas. After last year I'm with all of you - couldn't be happier where we are right now. However, there's a lot of football to play before we get a possible shot against NDSU. Griz are always tough at home but looking past a good football team with a playoff win under their belt would be a big mistake. Griz seem to be playing more consistent and better ball the last few games but again, if they have a let down in focus there will not be a NDSU game.

cat fans should be more concerned that now, not only their BB teams are known as the fading bobcats, but their football team has caught that malady too! 8-) :D

Go Griz!

Maul'em!

Grizeyes, what mistake is being made in talking about playing NDSU on an internet message board? The players are the ones who need to focus on Dec. 7. The fans pretty much can focus their attention on anything and everything. Like me, I can't wait until Dec. 7 to back inside Wash-Griz, but right now, my actual focus is on getting my xmas lights up before the next cold snap in Havre hits, and then traveling to Calgary this weekend for a Pearl Jam show. At this point, I could give two rats asses about Coastal Carolina or Bethune-Cookman. And and also, I've already looked at train tickets for Fargo, and I will bet you dollars to donuts that will have NO effect on how the Griz play on Dec. 7.
