So when Nelson flipped it up, it did go at a backward angle, and was therefore a legal lateral. Also, if you freeze-frame the image for that moment on the other video (the one that started that thread), you can see the ball hanging in the air behind him ... just before Johnson grabbed it.

I suppose the true miracle here is that, in an unusual, almost unprecedented situation, that BSC refs made the right call? :shock:

I was at the game, and that was my impression as well. But it was difficult to see past the rake and shovel hanging directly in front of my face in that damn tool shed.

The ONLY good thing about a dome is their giant flag drop in pre-game. Pretty cool!

I've seen many games in Holt. Who are the paying fans? The usual 4,500 fans that have attended most of the games of the last ten years consist of families. Mom, Dad, and lots of kids. After all, this IS mormon country. Never noticed much tailgating there, but then I wasn't looking for any. Ice cream, nachos, and popcorn are big sellers. Christ, they even have a romper room area in the SW corner of Holt. Mini Blimp wouldn't work in WGS. What wind there is would take it into the Hellgate, then eventually over the divide. Damn thing wouldn't come down til Saskatoon on a day like today.
