Montana is one tailgate hotdog away from having 8 BCS Championships in the last 20 years. (The 2011 season happened I saw it with my own eyes).

Those are self inflicted wounds. We determined our own punishment and thus NCAA can’t “reinstate” anything.

At least that’s the way I remember it being explained.
