Oohh the drama! Wazzu vs UNLV tonight

I am actually dumber by watching this game.

It's dumb And dumber playing the bad news bears. Holy crap!
 
I gotta admit we're rooting for UNLV -- for the players' sakes. I just plain feel sorry for the kids losing all but what was it - 4? - games in the last three years. Call me soft-hearted . . .

I too am rooting for Hauck's team but will never root for that man. BH is a brat and lacks the class and humility of a coach Sweeney, Dennehy, Holland, Lubbick or Delaney. His negatives far outweigh his positives.

Not trying to start sh*t Jim, but I just don't get the hate especially after a few years have gone by. I've disagreed with a lot that Bobby did while here, but I'm just a fan. I didn't coach the Griz, and have to do the things and deal with the sh*t that past coaches have. In the end though, I feel like any former coach from UM, whether or not he was likeable while here, is ultimately repping the University. The guy did his best while here, and most fans not posting on eGriz will agree that he kicked a lot of ass though he whiffed on the big one. Ask around, if you ever make a game.

When the ESPN broadcast starts, and they talk about Bobby and his 4 and....whatever record in Vegas, then about his great success at Montana....I just don't understand how you root for him to get tore up after that is said to the millions watching. The guy that thinks he is the head Griz fan......you know the one with his own website not named Chris....his hate I get since he makes everything personal and apparently holds long term grudges. But other UM fans rooting for Hauck to fail....it just makes zero sense to me from the standpoint of UM looking good in football in a national context (no Im not comparing to the big boys). His success is our success and they're forever linked whether or not anyone likes it.

Again, not starting a flame war, I just don't get the hate.

And what his performance says about our program IS relevant, just like Glenn's was/is.

GO GRIZ, and GO ALL FORMER AND CURRENT GRIZ COACHES AND PLAYERS!

No, not a rant. Where I've been all along & have gotten a lot of sh*t on this board. You've said it very well. :thumb:
