Happy Griz-cat week everybody. I'm surprised nobody has started a thread about the game in Bozeman yet this Saturday. I'm feeling good about our chances Saturday, actually much better then I felt about our chances in Missoula. This team is shooting much better, ball movement has been much better, and we've finally learned how to close games. While the cats are still a good team, they do seem to be slightly fading. They lost to Weber in a game where they got completely overpowered in the second half, had to hit a shot in the final seconds to beat ISU and hit another shot to eek out a 1 point win over NAU at home a couple weeks ago. The Griz are playing their best Basketball since non-conference. If we shoot the way we did against Weber, then there's no reason why we shouldn't beat the cats. Kind of a weird feeling not having a game tonight, but hopefully the additional rest will be good for the guys and give Mack more time to recover for a potential return Saturday.

As a Weber fan, I don't feel strongly either way, win or lose. Weber benefits either way. It should be a great game either way and I plan to watch and enjoy it. I do feel that it is highly unlikely that the Griz will shoot as well as they did in Ogden. That sort of thing happens only rarely. The one thing that can remain consistent is your D. I do think that MSU plays good D as well. This Cat v Bear affair will most likely be a real dog fight. I certainly will and you should have fun as well. :thumb:

One of these days Bannan will catch fire shooting the ball, and that will be a thing to behold.

Gotta step up and challenge white for the cats. Can't just let her dribble to her spot and shoot at the end of the 1st qtr.
