Oldngrizzly Ramblings

It is hard to tell at this time of the year if we have the personnel to win the natty. I wish we would have recruited more lineman and another good corner. I don't know the depth and quality of the young players coming up as most have not see a lot of playing time. We again have lost most of the starting defense and the offensive line.

Certainly the quality of football last season filled the stands, made the university and Bobby money. But what would happen if we move up to the Mountain West. How long will it take for the team to be relevant ? Will we see more interest in the program or will just be another failure like the majority of the Mountain West is now.

For two years I have been trying to get an answer to "Do the griz have a nutritional program for football ?"
My question has been deflected by the homers. Some saying" we are not a big enough program " or other excuses. Today we have the closest answer yet

"It's easy to identify if a "nutrition program" exists. Look for "RD" Registered Dietitian on the personnel in the org chart or the staff roster."

After some research we DO NOT have a RD on staff.

NOT FOOTBALL and not a RD

I am sure you all want to check in and read my latest update. Shaun Boykins decommits and go to DELEWARE STATE. Yes there is a difference between U of Delaware and Delaware St. In my thread on Shaun today I mentioned Delaware because that is all I initially read. So many on Egriz were Kind enough to point it out. It's a very sad loss for the Griz on the commit.
