OL Line attitude

Seems some of the OL starting to get an enforcer attitude. Mayginnes? was not having any piling on that I noticed, dare I say attitude. Walker playing the level headed body out there. Nice to see!

I've always loved the way Mayginnes plays. And it was good to see #69 out there against his former squad.

I noticed that a couple of times too. Even when there were clean plays, he was right up on anyone who had touched his guys near him for even a half second after the whistle. You love to see that.

I still remember the JMU game years ago, where for some reason I just happened to be watching Quinn. First he comes over and pushes a JMU defender who was standing over our QB. The best part was when Quinn got to the huddle, apparently the JMU guy was still looking at him, because you then see JD raise his hand to his helmet and he was flipping the guy off all subtle like.

I just texted this to JD. From Sarlat, France. He said it sounded like him and asked if it was on egriz. He responded within a minute.

Oh, he did it alright!

This was a keeper by Bergquist. Quinn shoves the JMU guy and then flips him off, or someone, from the huddle. Video is set to start at the beginning of the play (18:00). Quinn (#69) is on the right side of the screen when the camera shows the huddle. Watch him put his hand up to his helmet (18:30 mark of video) trying to disguise the finger.

And thank goodness there was someone on the broadcast team who could pronounce Mariani.

I miss those days. That team would absolutely steamroll the current BSC.

Bob Wischusen and Brock Huard, both terrific.
