Officials paid off

Did anyone else catch the targeting on Flowers that wasn't even looked at? He was returning either a kick or punt(can't remember) and the JMU guy lead with his helmet and hit him right in the head. It was the most obvious targeting of the night. Also that bullshit PI was ridiculous.

On a side note, I was gonna root for the cats tomorrow just because they're from Montana but, that's changed all the kitties in hiding are out talking shit on everything. Don't they realize that us getting beat this bad and us rolling the cats, makes them look bad???

I'm pretty sure all the officials are Men, but hey, if that's your way and you call them Girl, then I can't complain about that... You do whatever you want to do.

I remember the targeting when even their player knew he did it, but it was called off... Before they called it against the Griz.

Don't remember the Flowers one.

Hey now, there can be female officials. I would think a progressive school like um would be okay with them.

Just trying to keep it lighthearted and cheer you guys up. I've even made fun of a cat fan tonight. Can we maybe work out a deal where you cheer for us in the 2nd quarter only?

Officials always have it out for the Griz in big games like the last 2 against Washington... (That would be a Pac-12 school the Knittens don't have the balls to schedule), but all joking or legit complaining aside, what it all comes down to is I never have to worry about waking up as a Knitten fan.

It's spelled knitting. I know people have started to do the en instead of ING but it's a pet peeve of mine. But that said. I have no desire to knit either.

Not having Onu was huge; Walker could not fill the bill.

I was watching the game and saw that. From my angle, it looked like targeting. If it was then that was a dirty hit, looked bad and intentional.
 
I hate to bring up that 19 yd rugby run that started that long 2nd TD drive, but I have a question.

Shouldn’t it be a holding penalty when the offensive lineman go to the front of the pile and start pulling on defensive players?

Things that scare me: Walker is not Onu. Graves is not Robertson. Flowers is not Akem. Childs/Harris are not Knight. Not saying they can’t GET there, but….

I know we spent a lot of time this season discussing how good our backups were and how there wasn’t much drop off, but as it turns out, there was.

I just wish somebody would get the motherscratcher on the ground. He gained 15 yards AFTER contact by just getting the pile pushed along while they tried to strip the ball….tackle the SOB!
