Okay fine. I don't have to believe you though. You're not the thought police.

I watched the University of Washington get a penalty on a kickoff for having a player laydown in the end zone, which has been against the rules for awhile. Coaches don't know all the rules, and in some cases don't interpret them correctly. It happens.
