MBBALL OFFICIAL SPUD GAME Thread

Who is the genius, that scheduled this quick turnaround, on a Monday night, during the FBS national football championship? AND Notre Dame is playing. This game will probably be one of the most watched championship games of all time. Scalpers have the price to go watch the game, at over $2000.

I guess I will be flipping between two games.
Let’s roll those Spuds.

I like ESPN plus, because after the game is over, they will put it on replay. One has to save it in a reasonable amount of time, otherwise it goes away. I still have some older games on my saved file.
 
I just pulled into the parking lot.
Heading into the game.
Hoping the GRIZ play a complete game.
I'm selfishly hoping Money has a huge game. Hate hate hate hearing people criticize the kid.

Speaking of which, we have short memories. Moody had his fair share of struggles in his 2 years at Montana.

Good for you! Keep us posted on the attendance. I’m curious as to how many people might stay home to watch the football game. Of course some people have access to it on their phone.

What were they thinking to schedule this on National Championship and Inauguration night? Plus it's Fn cold!
 
I would like to see both Idaho forward Julius Mims and us-- Da GRIZ--have a good game tonight because Julius is from Billings and I know his parents a little--for many years they were both trainers @ The Billings Y a n d his dad was a star post/forward for MSUB, nice couple.

But if it come down to one or the other, sorry Julius, Mr. Potato 🥔 Head is going down: GRIZ win !!!

Griz D looking great so far.
Idaho having every shot contested.
I always listen for squeaky shoes.
They're squeaking loud. That's a great sign.
 
Side notes:
Good to see Travis is going with more 2 man bigs this game.

Bradtke is actually playing well defensively. He's not looking to box out consistently.
 
Griz perimeter players have their hands consistently, making passing attempts inside more difficult. That's helping the interior defense. More hands up on perimeter shots too. Looks like they've been drilled extensively on defense.

I like what I'm seeing defensively.

Money with back to back to back passes to open teammates, with 2 of 3 resulting in baskets. 3rd was a miss. Money's passing and defense are what keeps him getting his minutes.
 
Money with another assist. Next trip, Patterson missed an open 3 would be assist from Money.

In between possessions, Money with terrific backside help defense, forcing a terrible shot by Idaho.

Yes, I'm focusing on Money this game. He's playing terrific team ball.
