It's blacked out in the ROOT viewing area unless you have a VPN that can put you elsewhere.

I use Nord - it's a good vpn And hooked my laptop to my TV with a hdmi

btw - ST play still is dominant

Nord is good, and they tell you what they are updating. The annoying part is they let their server locations do what they want, so some sites don't load on some servers. I know one site in Utah puts me in the Netherlands for some reason.
