OFFICIAL GAME THREAD- GRIZ vs. App St

Great half GRIZ, way to respond after getting down. The more I see this team the more I like and have one of those feelings for this season.

Yep, I had to go back and check the DVR.....never started the clock on the Griz TD play

I'm with you Maroon. It's only been two games but I like how he's not afraid to let our young QB take some shots. He is a lil more aggressive so far. I like it.
 
I like what the offense is doing so far. McKinney has missed a few open recievers deep, mostly on underthrows, but Dan Moore has put the team on his back and is in Beast Mode. The defense is starting to clamp down after a rough first quarter.

If not for the 2 turnovers and the untimely penalties(or lack thereof) the Griz could have a 7-10 point lead pretty easily.
 
Moore has 73 yards so far. McKinney 2nd with 50 yards and Pete is averaging a paltry 1 yard a carry, 13 carries for 15 yards. Hope he can break one.
 
I know I have to take McKinney's mistakes as they come since he is a freshman after all. Man, he is pretty dang good for a freshman. Love his calm in leading the team back from that early deficite and the early mistakes. Hope these Griz keep on rolling coming out from half.

Word. Just glad we didn't get in too big of a hole adjusting to speed, assignments. If only we coulda adjusted this quick to Sam Houston's offense last year!

Kid was holding him and they got hit and his weight came down on his knee.
