Offensive Line Question

During cat/Griz week msu fans touted their line as "not only the best in the conference but possibly the entire FCS". Eastern thinks pretty highly of their line as well. Any opinions on whether or not eastern's o-line is as good as msu's? We owned msu's line so......just curious.

Their O-lines are fairly similar. The skill positions BEHIND each O-Line? EWU's are miles ahead.

I think ewoo's O line is way better than cupcake U's O line. There was one play that resulted in a long TD where it seemed like VA had all day to throw, in the clip he appears to be under no rush and all alone when he finally uncorks. We have to make VA uncomfortable and get in his face all day.

Did we rush 4 or 3 on that play. We can not do the 3 man rush this weekend. I do not care if it is 3rd and 20. VA will just move around the pocket until someone gets open.

The cats have been bragging about that offensive line for a while. They have essentially had the same bunch for the last three years and they are all coming back next year. They were not that good last year and they won't be next year either. Ours has been better for years.

Eastern on the other hand has a pretty good O-line, maybe better than ours.

Cant tell from the camera angle how many. I agree though, the 3 man front will not work this weekend.

The nickle package seemed to have brought in Erik Nelson and replaced a pass rusher. I agree va has to be "concerned" or he will move the chains. I can't remember how successful Montana was with both the nickle and dime but I can remember a lot of yelling about putting more pressure on va. The other thing I seem to remember is someone saying we needed to chip the tight end and slow down his routes. Hermanson seemed a bit confused by it. We can be assured Wags will be double teamed so Rehm, Takai, Holmes, and an occasional backer have hit the mark. Bottom line is Montana has to be successful in the trenches on both sides of the ball. I like The Grizzlies chances in this one....
