SEC member South Carolina could only muster 108 yards rushing vs Furman. McDowell ran for 118 yards himself. They obviously loaded up to stop Gillman, which they did. Fortunately we’ve got a QB that was able to find running lanes and exploit an excellent rush defense. Gotta take what the defense gives you, and it will likely be a similar story this weekend. NDSU will try to stop one or more elements of our offense and the Griz will need to make hay in the other elements of the game.
