I ended with the letter "D" and picked "Dubai." That's a country, right?
Anyway, I could not think of a single animal that started with the letter "U". Try it; its harder than you think. So I had to google it and there is actually a site for this kind of info, of course. The list included "unicorn" but I thought I'd go with: "Unexpected cotton rat." I guess it's a real thing although I have no clue what color they are. I would expect them to be white, like cotton, but these are the unexpected specie, so who knows.

Now that I think about it, we have a kids book which names an animal for each letter, and an alliteration verb. For instance: "A" is for aardvark admiring; "B" is for beavers ballooning; "C" is for Cat cleaning...etc.
When you get to "U" it says, "U" is for ugly birds being ugly. These are many different colors.

"I don't know; I don't have any".

"No children?"

"No books about animals for each letter".

At least your math is OK...

Dubai is a country. And, I appreciate that you didn't Google a mammal that starts with U. Ukaris--a type of monkey. But, who would know that. I had to look it up.

"U" is for Ukaris ukulele-ing. You're right; that sounds much better, and is a much better visual. I think I'll write to Mrs. Boynton and suggest a correction and re-issue.

It's amazing how many times I have milked a ukulele for nourishment.

Not to be a dick, but I am a geography teacher. Dubai is not a country, it's a city in the United Arab Emirates, which is a country. :)
