Odds on a Bobcat forfeit.

What? The only reason they are in this game is Gregorak

Well they did hold Weber to 45, a team that had scored 14 big ones on sad sac state

Anyone want to trade Semore for TG now?

I love this quote by Choake

“As a head coach, I did not have these guys ready to play,” Montana State first-year head coach Jeff Choate said. “They lacked energy from the start and I accept responsibility for that.”

Well, on the bright side, if it hadn't been for two extremely bad and preventable turnovers by the cats in the first quarter, this could have been a real close game!

On the other hand, if snakes could talk we might have a better choice for president.

We be Choaten'

Weber scored TD's on its first 6 possessions. Obviously, this didn't help. See below.

"That series of events – an 11-play scoring drive on Weber State's initial possession followed by two MSU turnovers that were turned into points cast the game's result early. The Bobcats essentially matched the Wildcats from that point, but Weber's quick start spelled Montana State's doom.

Choate fingered two key moments in the game. "We fumbled the ball (at the Bobcat 30) on an option flip, they go down and score," he said. "They kick off, literally four plays later they've got the ball on almost the exact same spot and I think the dam broke open at that point."

I think the turnovers were on the Cat 24 and 26. Definitely inside the 30.

You are right they marched right in after both of those TO's, cat's were caught with their pants down....
Cat defense would have done as well had they not even been on the field

Similar to what happened at Cal Poly with Griz...tough to overcome turnovers that deep in own territory...but the Griz fought harder and still had a chance to win.
