MBBALL NW Indian Game Thread

Pleased to see that our 3 point percentage was much better last night. Looks like everybody had a good night from 3 except for Patterson (1-6). Hopefully we can carry this over to Tennessee on Wednesday cause that may be the only way we keep the game respectable. Also I'm curious for those who attended the game, how did some of the injured guys like Moore and Bradtke look? Do they look close to returning?

Jalen Foy is the closest. With the other 3, it is up in the air. I wouldn’t be too surprised to see Henderson use his RS this year. As for Thompson, it is now public knowledge that he is utilizing his RS this year too. Go Griz!

Men's Bracketology: Welcome to the newly expanded 2027 field

Here's what the first 76-team projected field looks like -- with Florida still No. 1 overall.

I know it's obviously waaaaaaay too early to even be talking about this, but Joe Lunardi has the Griz as a 15 seed playing 2 seed Arizona in Denver. The only reason I'm even drawing any attention to this is because periodically throughout the offseason and in the early going, I like to look at this just to see what he thinks, and I find it interesting that all offseason he had Weber as the Big Sky auto bid, and now after one week of play he's going with the Griz. Weber did get pounded by Oregon State by 28 points who is far less superior to Oregon (who we lost by 31), but I just thought it was interesting that he's already backed off Weber.

The Big Sky is going to be insanely competitive this year. Idaho St, EWU, PSU, and UNC have exceeded my expectations. WSU, UM, MSU, and NAU will be good, but need to prove it. Idaho and Sac will win some they shouldn’t.

There should be more parity this year than in years past. It’s going to be fun!
 
I agree with what's being said here. The BSC is stronger, top to bottom, than I have seen in a while. Any one of about 8 teams could win it all. A lot will depend on who can get the most road breakthroughs and do the best at defending the home turf. A lucky bounce here and there could also be a deciding factor. Injuries and the timing of injuries could have a big impact.

I agree that EWU, ISU, PSU, and NAU may have been underrated. I also agree that UI and Sac will beat some teams that paper would say they shouldn't.

I feel that road wins will be harder than ever to come by. We will all have a better feel for things by the end of december.
