Now, it we can play like that against a good team....

Just saying, we could do well in the playoffs.

We need to beat the Kats.

Still say we beat Weber and Sac with a healthy QB. We seem to (almost every year) lose our starting QB at the absolute worst possible time of the year. Both last year AND this year against Sac with our backup, and both games a one-score affair.

And I bet we get more than 114 yds of total offense against Weber if we'd played Britt.
I feel even more convinced of that after watching the 2nd half of tonight's game.

That loss could end up costing us a home playoff game in December

It won't, we're going 2-0 from here. SS and Weber State (which as my daughter pointed out in 2013 are not States, she was 5) are lucky 46 is Sac St's best player. The team you don't want to be is Montana St. JC. Remember when you shut out that BSC team? Yeah, me neither.

All the Griz needs is Johnson on the field and not sick. Like some of you, I have been saying that all along.

Yes, well that IS the problem then, isn’t it? Because we go from Superman to Clark Kent when he’s out.

We’ll get one home playoff game regardless (if we get in). Obviously it stinks to lose the bye and have to prove your self on the road a game earlier than you would hope. That bracket can get weird and you never know what breaks you may or may not get (last year as an example). Just need to peak at the right time.

I predict, we see a lot of connections between Britt and Deck in the future. Both had a good game, albeit in mop up time but still. Those of us that watched Drew Deck at Glacier know what I'm talking about.

I’ve seen absolutely nothing from this team when they’re healthy that makes me consider canceling my airfare to DFW and hotel reservations in Frisco.

I still have mine too, Everett.

When we knew for sure we were moving to Abilene, I almost did the same. Then we got busy with the move and the team lost three in a row and I gave up my hopes. Y'all are a lot more optimistic than I am at this point, especially considering how the last two quarter-final games ended. But if by some miracle we could make it to Frisco, I would be there in person.
