Now I remember why I hated the Wolfpack...

To me, it looks like the horsey is shitting and then pulling some kind reversaroo out of embarassment.

Dude...you've been crying since this whole selection thing began.

I've been nothing but respectful on your board. I've yet to see any Wolf Pack fan post anything deroggatory on your board (I haven't read every post, but I haven't seen anything bad).

Wolf Pack fans of all people realize that first round upsets are possible. See: 2004 Nevada beats #25 Michigan State and #2 Gonzaga. 2005 Nevada beats Texas. So we are aware that the Gristlies could beat us (when you start spelling our name right, I'll spell yours right).

I'm sorry if you don't feel it's a big lovefest for your team and I'm sorry if weren't not circle jerking you. But Nevada is a legitimate top 25 team. We've defeated some tough teams this year and won the WAC, which is a tough road conference. The Big Sky is not the WAC. The fact that a 12 seed is the highest the Big Sky has ever received should indicate that. It's not disrespect. It's a fact.

We respect Montana. But the fact is, we have the better team and we are confident in our team. Why shouldn't we be? That doesn't mean we have anything against Montana or don't respect them. Yes, an upset is possible. No, I don't think it's likely. And neither does the rest of the nation according to the ESPN national bracket.

So stop crying already. A little smack talk is fun. But complaining at every step about how bad the fans are? Actually, Nevada fans are a pretty mellow bunch for the most part. We know where we came from and tend to be pretty humble about it.

Come visit our board if you think otherwise.

Not crying I FLAT OUT HATE RENO

I grew up in Missoula when Reno was in the BSC. Arrogance was the norm for Reno, Idaho and BSU. It is obvious that hasnt changed...

PACKBLUE "I guess we could get Mr. Graham to send us film on how to destroy the Griz."

WOLFIN1 "If you are trying to respond to my post which is suggested by the use of"quotes" then your response in no way adresses what is placed in the quotes even with the added qualifier of 'you guys'.
If you are trying to respond to multiple Wolf Pack fans with one post, the quoting the response of one poster may not be appropriate and is not needed. Duh."

WOLFIN1 "I didn't know that Montana had a Special Education program. I am surprised and delighted that your University has such an enlightened approach to inclusion of persons with disabilities. It must do your caseworker proud that not only can you post on the internet but your grammar and ability to smack is at the high school level. You should be proud."

PS we have a SMACK board- take it there!!!

That's intelligent. Let's hate an entire city and their people because of two random posts on a message board. As if this world doesn't have enough problems, now we are talking about hatred because of a message board.

And by the way, those posts were tame. You think that's bad? Don't be so thin-skinned.

You are a very enlightened man. I can tell.

BTW my quotes were taken out of context and were only directed at one poster in particular and were confined to one thread. If that offends you then I am sorry. I know that the one poster in particular is not a reflection upon the State of Montana or the University of Montana.

It appears that ther is a preconceived notion or stereotype of what Nevada and its fans are like (maybe from the Big Sky days) and that a couple of your posters seem to try and find evil intent in every post. I assure you that is not our intent. Most of the Nevada posters here came here to find out more about your team and in return share information about our team. I don't understand how that comes across as arrogrant but if it does I appologize for my actions.

I think I speak for a lot of Griz fans, we will cheer Nevada to have success in the dance if they beat us.
It really is sad that we often let 1 or 2 opinions sway our feelings. It is a part of all sports to hate one team or another and those haters may or may not have good reason for their personal hate. But who cares it is only 1 or 2 opinions. Like Grizfan10 said ignore them. Hopefully its a great game.

Ultimately, I dont see anyone getting past BC. I personally picked them as a final 4 team.

I have 'Nova getting to the Final 4 but BC can make a decent run as well. Hopefully that is something that Montana or Nevada can prevent. :beer2:

All I know is that Montana is best 12 seed and they will upset Nevad on thursday.

I suppose we will see on Thursday.

I agree, Fazekas aint gonna get twenty!!!!

You're right. He's getting 30!

Wouldnt it be impossible to get 30 if he doesnt even get 20.

Sidnote: I played with Fazekas on March Madness 06 at the beggining of the season and that dude couldnt do anything but dunk it. He couldnt block anybody to save his life. James Augustine was eating his lunch.....if only life was a video game

Fazekas may well get his 30. We have seen a few times this season that one player cannot beat us. The BSC Player of the year Rodney Stuckey had 36 against us, yet the Griz won.

We need to make sure his teammates don't get rolling, especially from the perimeter. If they do, that really exposes us in the paint and we can't matchup with their size.
