I think they felt good about making it and don't think the missed FG was the reason.

WR foot was out of bounds on that catch and nobody saw it
Wow a personal foul that eliminates the huge kick return by Jerry Louie, a missed field-goal, a muffed punt, and the inability to convert on fourth down and turn the ball over. The Griz are in control at Portland State but you wouldn’t know it because of this crap

Well even a broken clock is right twice a day and I guess that was the first time for the Big Sky refs. We might only get one more during this game so we should enjoy it.
