Ben Howland is either gotten too big headed and lost his memory, or he is simply a hypocrite!

Bennie was the Coach at NAU from 1994-1999 where he compiled an overall record of 79-59. In that time period his teams played Arizona State 4 times, Cal 2 times, Arizona and UCLA 1 time each. He also played Utah and UNLV. This is the same guy who is now at UCLA and telling people the mighty Pac 10 should not be scheduling mid majors like Montana. What an arrogant prick! I always was a fan of his, until now. I just sent him an email (I was nice) to remind him where he came from. If I get a reply I will let yo uknow what he has to say. It is his kind of attitude that makes it so hard for programs on the rise like the Griz to get decent games.

I took it as him wondering why Stanford is playing in Missoula. I don't think he'd have a problem with the Griz making a yearly trek to Maples. This isn't an excuse for Howland's huffing and puffing. It is merely clarification.
