Not Really on ESPN3?

Near as I can tell, it's going to be on something called "WatchESPN," which is supposedly a live streaming app. Not sure how that differs from ESPN3 ... but it's probably something that costs you.

And unfortunately does not work on my Internet provider. F***!
 
ESPN3 is a network, like ESPN or ESPN2. ESPN3 is online only.

WatchESPN is the service. If you want to watch ESPN on WatchESPN, you still have to have an ESPN subscription. ESPN3 is free to those who have qualifying service providers.

I don't have subscriptions to any ESPN channels, but I get ESPN3 because I have Xfinity. But I won't be able to watch the Griz/NDSU game because it is on ESPN, not ESPN3.
 
umm on the espn3 site I tried to watch this HS football game that says it's on ESPN and that worked...
 
espn is up to its regular coverage. fcs biggest day of the year and the pregame is all fbs. it sucks. lets just get it going.

Just exactly what we all (or most of us anyway) expected. :(

That's "the way of the world" when it comes to TV football.
