Not even mad anymore. It has since turned into pure embarrassment and shame.

I recall the Defense giving up one touchdown unless all the coors lights I drank today are confusing me. Regardless, the offense moved the ball and scored against a good opposing Defense and this was a good win. Folks need to chill. We're not where we want to be but we saw an improved product today.
Dude, if you drank one Coors Light, you drank one too many. Other than Bud Light there isn't a worse beer on this planet.

I’d also like to point out that NAU’s only TD came on a fluke play where they ran a jet sweep out of the swinging gate on FIRST down. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team line up in the swinging gate on first down. You could tell it caused mass confusion and nobody knew how to line up.

Also, I think it’s good that we finally got to see a running QB. It had really been all pocket passers up to this point. He was a big dude, it can be hard to bring down the bigger guys like that. That’s part of why McDowell was so effective last year.

Overall I’m not gonna be too upset about this win. Like some people have pointed out, we gifted them 10 free points. It should’ve been 6-3 at halftime and it could’ve very well been 31-10 final score.

The cats, Davis and the Griz are all in a class of their own. Everybody else is in serious trouble. Sac State and Weber are both dead, and the only other 2 teams that may still have a shot at the playoffs are Idaho and maybe NAU, but they both have massive injury problems right now. We’ll see how it all shakes out.

Weber lost to UNC. Surely, this must put the whole shame thing in perspective. We have two losses that could have been wins. Bye week coming up. Take a deep breath, and maybe, just maybe, NAU can be the game that turned the Griz season around. Who woulda thunk that the Griz would go on the run they did, after last year's NAU game. One game at a time for all the cynics out there. Go Griz!!!

Main Issue I have with this kind of win is that NAU probably shouldn't have been ranked, but because the rest of the subdivision is so gutted, their resume ended up in the Top 25 by default.

So NAU isn't all that good, but plays their hearts out yesterday, and the Griz defense still looks apathetic for the entire first half, so we end up with a game much closer than it should be against an opponent we should reasonably put away.

Good win for revenge, a bit cathartic, and a good getright game going into the bye week but man playing a lesser opponent does not cover up all the deficiencies we are seeing.

Like I said in another post we could be 2-5 or 7-0 at this point. It is truly a game of inches.

As a fan this team is almost dizzying to watch. Just purely inconsistent. Hopefully we start to see fewer and fewer mistakes each week. The bye came at a really good team.

The only thing that really stands out in your post to me is we felt like UND might have been the wake up call game. Then maybe the Eastern game. Then maybe Weber. At this point there is no wake up call. This team has some flaws that will be around all year. If they can work on the things that they can control though they could be a good team.

No... Anything Light is in the same category. Most are from Bud... Natural Light, Busch Light etc... Although Busch and Bud regular aren't anything worth discussing, while Michelob OG is the best at home regular Keg Beer I have ever had.

That 3rd strong qb had 10 and 15 yard runs that will be 70 and 80 by TM.. the defense gave up the longest pass in the history of Washington grizzlies stadium to the third string quarterback.
You know Bobcat fans said Tommy was going to run all over the griz last year too. Didn't seem to go that way.

I have faith, Griz will be ready. I think MSU take an L from UC Davis and the Griz beat them both and win the big sky conf. You heard it here first.

This is so crazy. The gris win a close win against a 3rd string qb and now gris fans think they can win the big sky. You will be lucky to go above .500

I'm trying to get used to the Hauck machine...starts out cold and rough but then it
gets warmed up and starts humming...hopefully when its Bozeman it will be running
on all its cylinders...
I think this could definitely happen again this year. College football is a game of attrition and the mentality tough teams rise to the top late in the season. This happens over and over with griz teams.
