True, it's a fine line sometimes. They need to find the sweet spot - hard, physical play without drawing unnecessary flags.

No but they have the authority to call off the all out punt block. I think it's obvious

Everything can't be the coaches' fault. The kid touched the kicker (barely, but its on him.)
