What, a slant or in between the hashmarks, complete to Jones for a 1st down!!!
Finally Johnson with a designed keeper for a TD!!!

DAMN, 1st game this season where our OC's have mixed it up consistently. Look at the results. Who has been calling for these kind of plays this season?
 
For all those reading now and reading after the game. Is this not a much better looking offense, when the GRIZ mix things up ? I told you all, I guaranteed this team would be much better if they did these things.
 
Why have they not run this offense during any of our non conference games? Does Mick/coaches only care about conference play?

I said after the NDSU game -- hoping against hope, but hardly feeling confident -- that the O-Line could learn a ton studying those game films. Looks to me like they did (plus the coaches know that the NoCol D ain't NDSU ;) ) so the coaches feel more comfortable calling plays that the improved O-line can handle. JMO.
 
WOW, in the 1st quarter the GRIZ have passed well in the middle 3rd of the field, and even ran multiple quick routes. All be damn, not only are they executing, but JJ is staying clean because the OL does not have to maintain block too long. Someone or something go to our offensive staff this week. 100% kudos to the offensive staff so far this game with play calling variety and using the whole field. Let's hope this kind of play calling becomes a staple and not a 1 game thing.

I hope they don't conservative too soon this game. I am happy with offensive play calling as I have been since Delaney took over.
 
Would suck to be a cat fan watching on the internet. BigSkyTv.org just showed the cats kicking their first field goal which happened about 10 minutes ago.
 
UNC's punt formation is terrible. I think it is designed to draw flags. Bad break for the GRIZ. How is that 1st down on 5 yard penalty? Wasn't if 4th and 7 before that ?

We should have the ball, not them. I think the officials got it wrong.
