Big whoop. It's not they were telling recruits North Dakota had Rocky Mountains and skinny girls.

So once again the NCAA goes after the small fry when everybody and their brother knows that all the big schools are doing this on a regular basis. Huh. The more things change the more they stay the same.

My favorite was when they went after EWU for paying a couple guys like $1500 a month to hang out and throw footballs with the team. Said they had too many coaches.
