noco

Griz are having trouble losing the ball inside the key this game. NoCo has more active hands down low. Griz aren't getting a lot of easy looks when they get the ball in the paint.

And NoColo is getting too damn many easy buckets!

Uncharactistically, Oguine has lost the handle on the ball a lot tonight.

Nice rebound in traffic there, though. And made a heady call with a timeout before he fell out of bounds.

Ratstetter has been around for awhile but he's been trash at bailing out NoCo for falling all over themselves when they're driving.

Fuck. NoCo wins 74-72.

Poor FT shooting catches up to the Griz
Turnovers, missing key shots, not cutting off the lanes ... all played a part, but the 9 of 17 at the FT line ended up being the different. A very mediocre 12 of 17 (70%) wins the damn game. Griz just didn't seem to have the energy tonight.

NCU has a very good coach, and their talent level is very close to UM....but, I was lucky enough to see one of UM's new signees,Vasquezplay the number one team in Socal and trust me, the future is bright. He scored 19 with ease. UM will now take on two tough teams, Portland and SUU. The Big Sky tourney is going to be a good one.

NCU...LOL

We shot 52 fucking percent from the FT line! I would put money on a 5th grade Travel team shooting better FT % than this team! It’s mind blowing.

It is bad enough when UM shoots poorly from the line when they are on the road but there's no excuse for doing it at home. They also missed a lot of under the bucket shots that they rarely miss. Tired legs. This loss can be hung on the Conference schedulers. Other teams have had to do the same and it is WRONG!
