NCU played good D

Their Role players made shots. Ours didn't.

I would rather lose this one than one in the tourney.

On to the next game!

UM is still the one to beat, and will win the conference reg season. The Tournament is a whole new game but I do think UM will win it all. Tired legs and arms lost this game. In the tournament it is the same for all. I do think NCU has a lot of talent, almost equal to UM. And, coaching is a wash...

The Montana fans in the stands look as passive as any I've seen...

Not true. Crowd was very good, especially in second half. As I said in another thread, the best if the season, pound for pound.

Dorsey’s accuracy increases the further he is from the rack
I don't think people watching from home, and probably many who were at the game, realized how compromised Dorsey was in this game. He warmed up pre-game with a lower back brace with a bunch of red lights flashing. Musta been a stim device of some sort. He came out after half time with 1:45 before the tip and did no warm ups. When on the bench in the first half he had a hand-held device and was working on his upper thigh, and stretching his leg. In the last rebounding scrum which brought Sayeed to the line. Dorsey hurt his back and was in obvious pain during the time out, but stayed in the game.
